When We Edit Podcasts was founded in 2015 by Carli van Heerden, she set out to give podcasters back their time while creating high-quality content without the cost. That mission has since blossomed into a thriving company with a multitude of service offerings. The mission never changed, it continuously expanded. WEP continues to educate and support a new generation moving into the podcasting sphere.

We’re a fully distributed team of 65+ people living and working in 9 countries around the world. What started with only 6 people in 2015, has grown into a family of editors, writers, marketers, designers, and more.

Yes, we work on both audio and video podcast episodes, get in touch to find out more.
If we have all the files for the needed project, yes. There are circumstances that changes that, but that's communicated with the client.
You would be able to schedule a call with your client manager in charge of your account. We, unfortunately don't give direct access to editors, as we've had people try to offer editors jobs in the past directly and it takes up quite a bit of time in the day.
Yes, we do. Please get in touch with sales and make sure to state that you're a non-profit organization and provide proof.
Yes, we do. Whether you're in need of thirty episodes a month or three-hundred, we can help.
Please note we are happy to provide any revisions free of charge if we did not follow your instructions carefully and you are unhappy with your episode. We also allow for one set of revisions on audio post-production, these include edits that weren’t part of the original editing notes when submitted. Any revisions thereafter will be charged. Please note that free revisions exclude updates to show notes and transcripts post-production. These would be done at a fee.
