You don't need to sign any contracts when working with us on a month to month basis. We do offer the option of monthly subscriptions or you can purchase a set amount of credits that can be used over an extended period of time.
We provide a 48-hour turnaround time on the majority of our services. (This excludes weekends.) However, because your cover artwork is a crucial step in properly branding your podcast, we'll deliver our first drafts in 48 hours from receiving your intake forms.
We do offer a 14-Day money back guarantee if you aren't happy with any of our services.
We are happy to offer revisions for your artwork based on feedback after you have selected a draft for us to work with. However, if there are constant changes and revisions that are outside of our control, we'll discuss design fees with you.
